I love you, Lord.

My spirit is quieted and

my soul is at peace,

this moment I am alone with you.

Regardless of commotion and busyness,

I take these breaths to listen for you.

My heart beat sounds out a loud rhythm,

my inner workings are in tune,

my body is healthy and ready to praise you.

My thoughts are clear,

my speech is precise

as you lead me through this day;

from victory into victory.

Nothing will cloud my way

or distract me,

my path is clear and lit

by the light of your love;

I trust you.

Even when I falter,

you never give up,

you never leave me alone.

 Glory to you,

I give you praise,

Jesus Christ, my Lord!

I love you, Lord.

I will rejoice in this day

for you are with me.

No matter what may happen,

when or where I am, I trust you.

You know the plans you have for me,

filled with hope and a future.

I have a significant part to play

right where I am.

I am the one, this is the place,

and now is the time.

Praise Jesus!

You are the author and

perfector, Lord, of my faith.

You lived as a man,

yet you did not toil as one.

Your example is one of love,

no matter what the cost.

Your enemies even knew your love;

you could not hate even those

who persecuted you.

I want that kind of heart;

please continue to change me.

Not that I am persecuted

or tortured by any means,

your blessings flow in my life.

I live to serve you, therefore

I desire to love as you have.

This life is not trivial,

but one that matters.

You want none to perish,

should they never know you.

Speak to me,

through me,

I am listening.

Praise you, Jesus!

I quiet myself, Lord, to hear

your direction for my day.

I put myself in remembrance

of your words; seek you first.

I am reminded; you are with me.

I recall your faithfulness to uphold me;

your might and strength lift me.

I stir the flame inside me;

your Holy Spirit guides me.

I will not grow weary;

but I will remain steadfast,

immoveable in my

conviction to serve you.

I know you are always with me.

Your love endures forever.

Praise you, my Lord, Jesus!

You are amazing, Lord.

Your love for me abounds and

your tender mercies are forever.

I praise you; lift your name on high.

Be magnified, I am focused

on your instructions.

Your discipline is just,

your wisdom is true.

Glorify your Holy name,

Jesus Christ, my Lord!

I place my trust in you, Lord.

Everywhere I go, whatever I do, show me.

Reveal your heart to me, through me,

so I may show others the way to you.

Give me strength so I may persevere,

building up my faith. I believe,

therefore I have spoken.

Let it be true, entirely.

I wish not to falter,

but to stand strong

and keep standing.

In this day, this hour,

I cannot afford to grow weary.

I trust you to take care of me.

Praise you, my Lord, Jesus!

I am here, Lord, listening

for your instruction for the day.

Whatever may try to tempt

anxiety and worry will not have me.

Quarrelling and strife

will not keep my attention.

My heart is focused;

rejoicing in who you are,

Giver of mercy and grace,

Redeemer and Savior.

You heal my body and soul,

quickening my spirit from within.

Thank you for strength

to remain in the press,

changing me, disciplining me

into a workable and faithful

servant for your glory.

Be magnified!

You are faithful, Lord,

blameless and pure.

I am humbled.

You keep me; my way is lit

and your lamp burns bright.

You are with me,

I trust you to lead the way.

Your way is perfect,

your Word is flawless.

You are my rock,

my strength and stability.

Your ways are a narrow path,

still broad to my feet and well lit;

I trust you.

Strength upon strength,

your Word proves it is true.

I cannot be taken out by the enemy

when you go before me,

neither blindsided

when you are watching my back.

Though it seems at times

trouble waits around every corner,

you are with me.

I am strengthened all the more.

Praise you, Jesus!

I know I am part of something, Lord,
bigger than I can imagine.
 

You are working things

in me for your glory.

I am confident you are doing this;

I will not worry or be impatient.

You have given me a joy unspeakable;

I am strong because my hope is in you.
 
You have made me a courageous warrior;
I will fight until each battle is won.
 

I will live my life endeavoring

to demonstrate your love.

I will continue my prayers each day.

I trust you.

I wake early, Lord, seeking your face.

What would you have me do today?

My thoughts are already planning my steps,

but are they the right ones?

I set my ambitions and dreams at your feet.

Which of them are from you?

Lead me in the way I should go,

direct me in your Word.

You always know the

right thing to say to my heart,

to inspire and provoke,

to correct and discipline,

to heal and restore,

to build and strengthen.

I will listen.

Your grace abounds,

demonstrating your great,

wonderful, intense love.

I am listening, my God and King,

Jesus Christ, my Lord!

More and more I seek you, Lord,

and your heavenly grace.

Change my heart,

I want to be a blessing to you.

I will follow you;

you are leading me.

I will praise you;

you have saved me.

I will worship you;

you have forgiven me.

I will obey you;

You have loved me.

Yes, I will walk in

diligent obedience to your Word.

What would you have me do,

where shall I go?

I will do everything as if

you were standing before me;

You are always with me.

Praise you, Jesus!

Unimagineable joy, Lord,
that's what I find in you.
I cannot imagine anything
as splendid, rewarding or true.

It builds me with strength to
overcome weights and burdens
that try to crush me.

Your joy provides a way
to set those things aside,
casting all my cares on you;
I am able to move forward.

You care for me more than I know,
you've provided a way to
overcome any obstacle.

Now I ask, help me with
the practicalities of my confession.
I trust you, my God and King Jesus!

My day is yours, Lord.

I look to you in the

first moments of this day,

asking you to guide me until the last.

Have your way in me,

for your work is not yet complete.

You are still improving on my heart,

removing those inner workings I still trust;

I will trust you alone.

It is you who perfects me,

changes my heart as I yield to you.

I am convinced it is a good work

you are doing in me;

your promise is to

complete that work.

I want and need you to.

Thank you for goodness,

mercy and grace.

I will face this day with you,

victorious in Christ Jesus, my Lord!

I trust you, Lord.

I do not know exactly

what is ahead of me

on this narrow path I am on,

but I trust you to lead me on it.

If I falter, you will pick me up

and strengthen me to go on.

You have empowered me to do

what you have called me to.

I have grace and

faith to keep going.

In all of this, I will

continue to seek you first.

Open my ears to hear

and my eyes to see,

to follow you humbly

and in reverence.

I will not look back,

though I am tempted at times;

I will only look toward my future.

Therein lies my hope.
